Producer Application Form

 

Anyone or any company, association or institution interested in the Central Plains dairy industry can join the Central Plains Dairy Association. There are three membership categories. Categories and membership costs and benefits include:


Producer -- $50 per year
Open to anyone actively involved in dairy farming, heifer raising and feed production . All family families and employees are eligible for reduced registration rates at CPDA events. Includes subscription to E-MOO and one vote in CPDA affairs.

Associate -- $150 per year
Open to any individual interested or involved in the dairy business. Includes subscription to E-MOO, free listing in the Central Plains Dairy Directory, reduced rates at CPDA events and one vote in CPDA affairs.

Corporate -- $350 per year.
Open to companies organizations or institutions. Everyone in the business or organization is eligible for reduced registration rates at CPDA events. Includes EMOO subscription to up to five address, free listing in Central Plains Dairy Directory and one vote in CPDA affairs.

Sponsorship opportunities
Sponsors help CPDA conduct the tour, golf tournament and business seminar. Sponsorship levels and key benefits include:

  • $300 Bronze -- $25 discount on ad in directory; listed as bronze sponsor of tour, golf tournament and business. conference.

  • $600 Silver -- $50 discount on ad in directory; listed as a silver sponsor of tour, golf tournament and business conference.

  • $1,200 Gold -- $100 discount on ad in directory; listed as a gold sponsor of tour, golf tournament and business conference.

  • $2,400+ Platinum -- $200 discount on ad in directory; listed as platinum sponsor of tour, golf tournament and business conference; logos appear in event brochures, programs and major advertisements.
