The health and safety of Expo attendees and exhibitors is of the utmost importance to all involved with CPDE 2021!  As we continue to plan for a safe event with the Denny Sanford Premier Center we would like to share what has been or will be done to keep you safe while you enjoy the expo.

Denny Sanford Premier Center ASM Global VenueShield program includes:

  • Masks are now required to enter – Ordinance #102-20 to expire March 13, 2021
  • Contactless Concessions – card only transactions
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue
  • Dedicated cleaning staff will be responsible for sanitizing high touch points, including handrails and restrooms
  • Audio and Visual messaging as well as staff instructions to encourage social distancing
  • All staff members undergo health screening including temperature checks upon arrival of their shift
  • All staff and vendors wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves depending upon job function
  • Available restroom occupancy will be limited based on attendance and to encourage social distancing
  • Contactless food distribution by prepackaging or serving by staff in protective equipment

 

Additional precautions by CPDE organizers:

  • Canceling the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception and Concert
  • Staff and volunteers to wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves (depending upon job function)
  • Side walls on all booths will be raised from 3-feet to 8-feet tall on all three sides of the booth if the booth is not on a corner
  • Recommending that exhibitors wear a mask if they can
  • Social distancing within session rooms
  • Social distancing in the Premier Center for event seating
  • Cvent online registration to alleviate congestion during registration onsite
  • Providing masks to attendees
