Speaker Opportunities at CPDE
Ed (Education) Shed Speaker Guidelines
The Expo Arena Ed Shed gives you an opportunity to increase your exposure and share your message! Exhibitors and sponsors may reserve 25 minutes during Expo Hall open hours. This is your time – outside your booth – to educate attendees and promote your products/services. (Please note that all booths must be staffed during Expo Hall hours.) A sound system, TV screen and HDMI cord will be available to support your presentation. Please bring any dongles that you may need for compatibility to HDMI.
Ed Shed presentations appear in the online schedule and on-site show daily so attendees can add your session to their personal schedules. This is a great opportunity to demo a new product, pitch benefits of new services and gather prospective dairy attendees’ names. Promote your session by having a drawing or giving away coupon discounts. You are encouraged to bring your product to the stage for demo’s for firsthand see and learn sessions.
Fee: $1,000 for two 25-minute presentations, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday during show floor hours.

5 Star Sponsor Breakout Session Speaker Guidelines
These breakout session presentations are intended to provide valuable and educational content relevant to the diverse audience of dairy producers attending CPDE. Please note that attendees are not interested in extended product promotions during these sessions. Sessions should be informative, practical, and broadly applicable.
Session Details
Each sponsor will be allocated one 60-minute session on Wednesday and one 60-minute session on Thursday in a designated session room. Presentations should be structured to engage attendees, encourage discussion, and deliver take-home insights. Fee: $6,000 (5 Star Sponsorship will come with a 10×10 booth, booth placement is assigned as available.)
