CPDE Exhibitors: Prime Access to Producers, Innovation & Real Connections

Exhibitors at the Central Plains Dairy Expo can expect a high-energy, high-value environment built for meaningful connections, exposure, and growth. With ~300+ booths showcasing the newest dairy-tech, services, and solutions, CPDE delivers a trade show where producers, herd managers, and decision-makers come ready to engage.
Statistics from the 2024 Expo show exhibitors are in front of a large, relevant audience: about 4,004 attendees, with 62% being producers (owners and herd managers), 27% exhibitors, and 11% allied industry participants.
Geographically, producers include strong representation from Minnesota (31%), South Dakota (30%), and Iowa (21%), which means exhibitors can expect regional reach deep in key dairy-states. Allied industry attendees are more dispersed, with 23% outside the CPDE region and representation also from Wisconsin, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

From “Booth Buzz” interviews, exhibitors report that CPDE is a place where they:

  • Meet dairy producers keen to learn and adapt new technologies
  • Grow existing relationships and build new ones
  • Use the platform to highlight specific products or innovations—often those that solve urgent on-farm problems (feed, herd health, management tools, etc.)

Overall, exhibiting at CPDE offers access to a targeted audience, strong regional attendance, and opportunities to generate leads, raise brand visibility, and directly engage with dairy stakeholders who are ready to act.

What exhibitors Are Saying

  • We exhibit at CPDE to promote our forage and grain treatment product, Silo-King. We focus on helping farms produce higher-quality forages. It is hard to put an exact number on our return from the show, but we meet potential clients from five different states and have had a good return on our investment over the years, especially in the South Dakota area.

  • Lawley’s is well known in the western states and we have started expanding into the Midwest. Being involved with CPDE allows us to introduce ourselves to the producers there. CPDE is well ran and well attended and that has allowed us to meet many new and potential customers.

  • We enjoy getting to see and visit with our customers in person at the show. It is also a great time to show new items and allow people to try items to find the right fit and size. CPDE is a great show that brings in customers from all over the Midwest.
