Speaker Opportunities at CPDE

2027 Speaker Guidelines

Speaker time slots will be assigned as completed speaker information is received. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred range of available time slots for each day based on what is still open at the time your completed submission is received. As submissions are received, they will also be posted to our website https://www.centralplainsdairy.com/breakout-sessions/, so if you are worried about doubling up on a topic please check this link frequently.

Please note that all required speaker information and materials must be submitted before a time slot can be assigned. Partial submissions will not hold or reserve a time slot. Your submission will be considered complete only when all required materials have been received. This includes speaker name, speaker work title, speaker phone, speaker email, speaker bio, speaker updated photo, session title, session description, and session learning objections.

Keep in mind that the information you provide is also your opportunity to promote your session to attendees. A compelling title, clear description, and strong learning objectives can make a significant difference in generating interest and attendance. We encourage you to make your submission informative, engaging, and focused on the value attendees will gain from participating in your session.

The final deadline for speaker session information is December 4, 2026.

This is a firm deadline for inclusion in the CPDE Show Magazine. Speaker information received after December 4 will not be included in the printed Show Magazine.

You may still submit speaker session information after the deadline, and we will promote that session through the CPDE website, social media, and the on-site Show Daily. However, due to print production deadlines, late submissions cannot be added to the Show Magazine.

Ed (Education) Shed Speaker Guidelines

The Expo Arena Ed Shed gives you an opportunity to increase your exposure and share your message! Exhibitors and sponsors may reserve 25 minutes during Expo Hall open hours. This is your time – outside your booth – to educate attendees and promote your products/services. (Please note that all booths must be staffed during Expo Hall hours.) A sound system, TV screen and HDMI cord will be available to support your presentation. Please bring any dongles that you may need for compatibility to HDMI.

Ed Shed presentations appear in the online schedule and on-site show daily so attendees can add your session to their personal schedules. This is a great opportunity to demo a new product, pitch benefits of new services and gather prospective dairy attendees’ names. Promote your session by having a drawing or giving away coupon discounts. You are encouraged to bring your product to the stage for demo’s for firsthand see and learn sessions.

Fee: $1,000 for two 25-minute presentations, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday during show floor hours.

What to talk about on the Ed Shed stage: Unlike CPDE breakout sessions, product promotion is encouraged in the Ed Shed. Bring the widget you sell, demonstrate it, explain the problem it solves and tell producers why they should consider buying it.
