Booth Selection Process

• Priority for Returning Exhibitors: Exhibitors from the previous year have the first right of refusal to secure their same booth space for the following year.
• Open Spots for New Exhibitors: If a returning exhibitor chooses not to participate, a booth space becomes available to new exhibitors.
• Timing: This process typically takes place in December and January, when we confirm returning exhibitors and determine how many open booths will be available.

Waitlist Information

The 2026 show is sold out. There is currently a waitlist for exhibiting at CPDE. This waitlist will go towards the 2027 show. To qualify for the waitlist, your company must directly sell to or provide products or services to the dairy industry. Eligible companies will be notified via email or phone if and when booth space becomes available.
